Here at Dacrylate Paints we would just like to say a big congratulations to our nineteen Advanced apprentices who have successfully completed their business improvement techniques training programme gaining NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
Dacrylate worked with a national training provider to develop a bespoke training programme to enable staff to work towards National Vocational Qualifications in Business Improvement Techniques in Science, Engineering, and Manufacturing Technologies, and advanced level apprenticeships. The one-year programme focused on operations, quality, and process improvements.
Staff from all departments participated and achieved either their NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications.
