Dacrylate Equity, Diversity & Inclusion CharterWe are proud to announce that we have officially become signatories of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Charter by the British Coatings Federation (BCF). This reflects our dedicated pledge and commitment, alongside other companies in the UK coatings industry, to champion equity, diversity, and inclusion. Together, we’re striving to cultivate a more balanced, fair, and high-performing sector.

We pledge to promote equity, diversity and inclusion by:

  • Appoint an ‘EDI Champion’ with the support from the company’s board/senior leadership
  • Agree a company action plan on E, D & I
  • Monitor progress made, by taking part in BCF’s annual/bi-annual survey which will be published on the BCF’s website
  • Commit to increasing awareness and knowledge of E, D & I in our sector leadership team and across the organisation
  • Drive employee engagement to ensure an open culture that allows a diverse range of views to be heard
  • Create appropriate policies to make our organisation accessible and attractive to all
  • Proactively engage with BCF and relevant stakeholders and communities to share best practice, and champion E, D & I in the industry
