Products Dacprime
Our Dacprime range of primers for steel provides protection to steelwork with excellent coverage and good adhesion for long-term durability.
Dacprime 40 is an outstanding cost-effective primer that can be overcoated with any white-spirit based topcoat/finishes, such as Dacrylate Machinery Enamel, Alkysil Gloss, and Dacsil 17. Whilst our Dacprime 71 is an acrylated rubber high-build primer/undercoat that provides long-term protection of mild steel and galvanised surfaces.
Our multi-use high-build primers Dacprime 91 and Dacprime 98 are both fast-drying for quicker overcoating, improving throughput, and can be used under both single-pack and two-pack finishes. Dacprime 98 has also good rust-inhibitive properties, ideal for protecting steel, and also in enviornments where resistance to transformer oil is required.
For long-term protection of steelwork, Dacprime 95, with its outstanding adhesion and durability formulation will provide excellent resistance to weathering, mild chemicals, and industrial polluants.
