Products Dacsil
The Dacrylate Dacsil range, of Dacsil 200 and Dacsil 17, were developed to provide outstanding gloss and colour against weathering providing long-term durability, and are typically applied when long-term protection of steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and similar are required.
Used in conjunction with a suitable primer, Dacsil is suitable for applications such as lighting columns, bridges, chemical processing plants, and water treatment plants.
Dacsil 200 polysiloxane finish is BBA (British Board of Agrément) approved to Highways England Item No. 185, and further provided high abrasion resistance and excellent anti-graffiti removal characteristics, whilst being VOC compliant and isocyanate free.
Whilst our Dacsil 17 is a silicone modified alkyd coating that is suitable for primed ferrous and non-ferrous metals which can provide heat resistance from 120-150ºC dependent on colour.
